The process has five steps. First, you create an account with username, email, password, and mobile number. Second, you receive a confirmation email and log in. Payments and transactions

mental4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your bank or payment provider (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking bank) may charge their own fees based on your account type and transaction size; that is between you and your payment provider. Deposits to mental4d clear instantly for most e-wallets and within one business day for bank transfers. Withdrawals from mental4d are processed within one to three business days after you request them, depending on your payment method and your bank's processing speed. If a withdrawal shows as "pending" longer than expected, contact our support team via in-app chat; we can check its status.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and mobile banking typically support deposits from small amounts up to several million rupiah per transaction, with daily limits set by each provider. local payment and online payment support similar ranges. Direct bank transfers to e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, or online payment have no mental4d-imposed maximum but are subject to your bank's daily transfer limits. You can deposit multiple times daily to increase your balance. During your first deposit, you must have completed KYC verification; subsequent deposits can be made at any time. If a deposit fails, check your payment provider's app to confirm the transaction status; contact our support team if funds were deducted but did not arrive on mental4d.

Games and markets
